Cancellation Policy

  • A valid card on file is required to book your appointment.
  • If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, your card will be charged 50% of the service.
  • If you reschedule for the same day, don't worry! You won't be charged additionally.
  • If you no-show your appointment, cancel, or reschedule for another day within two hours of your scheduled time, the full service charge — including add-ons — will be charged to the card on file.
